Lima.- Pese a la pol\u00e9mica con la Corte Internacional de Derechos Humanos, el Tribunal Constitucional del Per\u00fa resolvi\u00f3 como improcedente la aclaraci\u00f3n solicitada por el Ministerio de Justicia\u00a0 de ese pa\u00eds y confirm\u00f3 el indulto para Alberto Fujimori, el cual fue otorgado en el gobierno de Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, pero por divergencias legales no se hab\u00eda ejecutado.<\/p>\n

El abogado de Fujimori, Elio Riera, manifest\u00f3 que\u00a0\u201clo que ha hecho el TC ha sido emitir un precedente porque est\u00e1 ratificando el contenido de una resoluci\u00f3n postulada el a\u00f1o pasado. Es decir, le est\u00e1 dando validez a una sentencia ya emitida con respecto a darle la libertad\u00a0<\/b>al se\u00f1or Fujimori\u201d.<\/p>\n

Se espera que en m\u00e1ximo 24 horas quede en libertad.<\/p>\n
